Ruben Arce

Ruben Arce has been with Breakwell Stables since 2008 as an assistant rider and instructor. He has over 15 years of all around horsemanship experience and is an exceptionally talented rider. His quiet, confident demeanor and natural riding style fit well with our training philosophies.

Before joining Breakwell Stables, Ruben started his own successful training program in Gilroy, CA working with eventing horses and jumpers. He also worked for five years as a rider and eventing instructor at Denville-Kanani in Danville, CA. Prior to moving to the Bay Area, he rode for five years at an eventing barn in New Mexico bringing young horses up the levels.

Ruben enjoys working with young horses or challenging horses that need extra time and confidence.
